Yes! However, please be aware that rural delivery can often take longer than urban delivery, usually 1-3 days, so if you need your goodies for a certain date its best to factor that in!
North Island - $9.95 flat rate ($12.95 if your address is rural).
South Island - $12.95 flat rate ($15.95 if your address is rural).
When you check out, you will choose a delivery date and I will ensure your goodies are shipped the day before your chosen delivery date! Even though I use an overnight shipping service, because it is third party shipping, nothing can be 100% guaranteed. However, I do use highly reliable courier providers so our success and accuracy rate is very high! However, the couriers can occasionally have some internal delays which may cause your parcel to take an extra 1 - 2 working days to be delivered to you. Please understand this is out of my control as I do not deliver any parcels myself. If you are worried about this please order for an earlier date 🙂
Our couriers will still attempt delivery even if no one is home! If possible, they’ll leave the parcel in a safe spot. However, if there isn’t a suitable place to leave it, the delivery won’t be completed. If you live somewhere like an apartment or behind a locked gate where parcels can’t be left, PLEASE MAKE SURE you choose a delivery date when you’ll be available to receive it!
All orders are baked fresh the day before your selected delivery date. Each goodie is heat sealed to lock in freshness, then placed in a sturdy box cushioned with tissue paper, and finally packed inside a courier bag for extra protection during transit. This helps keep your goodies fresh and safe, even if they get a bit knocked around on the way. Once delivered, store your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature and enjoy within 3 days. To keep them fresh for longer, you can refrigerate them for up to 5 days or freeze them for up to 3 months.
For brownies and slices, store them in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
Delivery times are outside of my control, but I do my best to support you if things take longer than expected. If your order hasn’t arrived within 3+ days, please reach out to me 🙂
NZ Post: You’ll receive your tracking link by email once your order has been collected for delivery the day before your selected delivery date.
Urgent Couriers: Tracking will be sent via text on the day of delivery, including a live link so you can follow the driver in real time.
