Dubai Chocolate Cookie (Pistachio Crunch)

It took me awhile to actually try anything Dubai Chocolate related because I thought it surely couldn't be that good... but boy was I wrong!!!! This milk choc cookie has an incredibly creamy, crunchy center made up of pistachio cream which is smooth and flavorsome, a little bit of tahini which is savoury and nutty, a little bit of white choc to add a touch more sweetness and creaminess, and of course the iconic toasted kataifi pastry which creates a delicious crunch!!!! 10/10
